Perry Milou is an American contemporary Pop artist known for bold, emotionally charged works that merge celebrity, Americana, spirituality, music, sports, and contemporary culture through a style he describes as “FINE-POP.” Born in Philadelphia in 1967, Milou has spent more than three decades developing a visual language recognized for its vibrant color, graphic immediacy, painterly energy, and uplifting emotional tone.
